Your inner vision

You are probably used to seeing in the outside world. How can you be better at seeing the inside world?

Seeing in the inside world have some common components with seeing in the outside world. The process of observation indicates that there is a perceived distance betwen the observer and that which is being observed. You can not see something you are in, you need to have a distance to see it.

This distance between the observed to the observer is where the information and the energy travels.

If you closed your eyes and thought about your knee, a picture of your knee might show up. And then it would disappear again unless you continued focusing on it. If you kept focusing on it you might actually feel like a tingling or a warmth down there in your knee. Maybe you even got more pictures in your mind, f.ex. of the bone structure or fluids flowing through.

When you focus you get information. When you focus you also give energy to that area.

These pictures in your mind are just imagination you might say. But that's not necessarily the case.

When seeing in the outside world, we actually see in fragments. it is our ability to focus and keep the information coming, processing it and making meaning of it, and attaching the meaning to the next image that comes to our eye, making it so "movie"-like and real to us.

When seeing in the inside world we are not so used to keeping focus, processing and making meaning of the information pieces that we get. Therefore we either stop focusing or we don't trust or understand the information enough to make meaning out of it. We don't value it, we ignore it and it stops serving as a sensing mechanism to us. Too bad. Because the link is there, it is just a matter of us knowing how to make us of it.
