The art of seeing

Do you really see the people around you? Do you see and receive life? To see, simply see. What does it take?

Your ability to see and grasp the maximum amount of information from your seeing depends on one major factor: To what degree are you able to not think, not associate or not analyze about what you are looing at.

To see is to see. To see is not to think.

When you think, you are busy producing information yourself. When you don't think and just see, you receive information. Pure seeing is letting the flow of information come to you. You can analyze later when necessary, whether that is two seconds or two hours later. See and receive life!

Test it on anything, a cup, a person a cloud in the sky. When you are just seeing, what happens? How long does it take before you start thinking something about what you are looking at?

Please tell me about your experience (kyrre@texnaes.com, contact or twitter).
